18V 15A Waterproof Battery Charger for Li-ion Battery

This is a no-fan waterproof battery charger with IP65 rate. Black casing, fully sealed and smart charging Charger for 18V Li-ion batteries.

Small size (200*93*49mm), light weight (2.3kg) and good-looking aluminum black casing.

Input voltage is worldwide from 90V to 264Vac, 50-60Hz.  With PFC circuit, power factor is 99%. You can plug it into most of the countries in the world with no worry about the input voltage 110V or 230V. We provide free AC plug by different countries and different output connector by your special technical request, such as clips, Anderson, XLR, ring terminals, etc.

Automatic charging cycle with Pre-charge, CC and CV multi stages. Once user connect to their 18V lithium-ion battery after power on, charger detects battery status automatically, then start with different steps by battery’s different discharging status. 

It will work like this:

1. Start Pre-charging step——when detect battery voltage below normal voltage, for example below to 8V.

2. Start CC (constant current) step directly——when battery voltage is OK.

3. Begin CV (constant voltage) step——after voltage reaches to max.

4. Fully charged——after a full cycle charging.

At pre-charging step, charger charges with small current (often set 20% of the max current) to recover the battery voltage to a normal level, say 12V or 13V.

Why our charger has pre-charging step?

Because pre-charging step can charge overcharged battery with small current which can recover the voltage to normal level without hurt of battery life. If it starts with CC step to charge, 15A big current will hurt battery. We can’t feed too much at a time for someone who has extremely hungry for 5 days.

Charging indicator is on the top of the charger, you can easily look at the charging process. The LED indicator works as below:

LED Green flash 1 second: Power On/Stand by 

LED Red: Charging 

LED Green: Fully Charged 

LED Red flash: Reverse polarity 

LED flash between Red and Green: Battery Disconnected
