This is a SMPS technology smart 12V 10A Lithium Battery Charger. It is designed for charging 12V (4S cells) lithium battery pack with soft start / pre-charge, CC, CV and automatic cut-off, four steps method. 

It have universal input voltage 110-230 Vac, automatic switching between 110V or 230V, just plug in and then charging. Max charging voltage can be set at 14.4V or 14.6V by your battery types. 10 Amps fast charging current and charge your 40~60Ah lithium battery in 4 to 6 hours.
